3rd Anniversary

Last night we went out to dinner to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, which will be on Wednesday, July 16th. Since Wednesday doesn't seem like a celebratory day, we decided to celebrate the weekend before the actual anniversary...we planned for Saturday, but since I was exhausted on Saturday, we moved it to Sunday.

We decided to check out a new restaurant at South Coast Plaza...Charlie Palmer's newest place. Let me tell you, this is no typical mall-location restaurant! We walked in and were wowed by the beauty of this place. The decor was perfect.

That was only the beginning. From the starter to the main entree to dessert, we were 100% impressed. The wait staff was highly trained, very attentive but unintrusive. The food was superb. And during dinner, we realized that this was probably our last fine-dining experience for quite some time!!!
